drip drop rock

There is this nice waterfall on a street near my office. Every time I drive by it I'm tempted to put a bar of soap in the fountain and then come back a few hours later and see how much it looks like a rabid dog.

    is that the waterfall in front of the old folks home on empire? if it is ive seen bubbles in it before cause kids have put bubble bath in it before.
